BAFA-Förderung
The BAFA-Förderung supports small and medium-sized enterprises (KMUs) with subsidies of up to 80% for individual consulting services.
KOMPASS-Förderung
The KOMPASS program provides funding of up to 90% for customized continuing education and training programs for self-employed individuals.
INQA-Coaching
INQA Coaching is a government-funded consulting program for small and medium-sized enterprises (KMUs). With funding of up to 80%, it helps businesses develop solutions for digital transformation, among other things.
We are an officially recognized educational institution.
Taikonauten is an AZAV-certified training provider recognized by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. This means that our services have been reviewed, are eligible for funding, and meet high quality standards—so you can move forward with confidence and support.
BAFA Consulting Grant
Through the BAFA grant program, small and medium-sized enterprises (KMUs) and freelancers can secure valuable government subsidies for professional business consulting services.Depending on the region, the government covers 50% (former West German states + East Berlin & Leipzig) to 80% (new federal states + Lüneburg region & Trier region) of the consulting fees for coaching in the areas of strategy, marketing, process optimization, or digitalization.The approval process takes about one to three weeks, after which the consulting services begin immediately.
KOMPASS Funding
The KOMPASS government grant program supports full-time self-employed individuals who have been active in the market for at least two years. The program provides funding for professional development courses of 20 hours or more, covering up to 90% of the net costs (up to €4,500).The topics range from digitalization and marketing to management skills, with the aim of making businesses crisis-proof.The application process takes approximately 8 weeks. After submitting the documents and undergoing a free initial consultation, the funding check is issued.A key requirement for approval is that the consultation must take place before the course is definitively booked.
INQA-Coaching
The INQA-Coaching government funding program supports small and medium-sized enterprises (KMUs) with at least one employee in their digital transformation and modern work organization.The program provides funding for employee-centered process consulting by authorized coaches, covering 80% of the net costs (up to €11,520). Over the course of up to 12 consulting days, sustainable solutions for leadership, HR policy, and agile processes are developed in collaboration with the workforce.The application process is streamlined: Following a free initial consultation, the coaching voucher is issued within 1–3 weeks, after which the project can be flexibly implemented within the company over a period of seven months.
